Director of Research

Elizabeth

Elizabeth is the Director of Research and has over twenty years of experience in the research and executive search industry. She is responsible for conducting research, as well as training and supervising researchers. Prior to Lakeview Recruiting, Elizabeth was a Research Manager at Korn/Ferry International. Elizabeth has also worked as a Research Recruiter for a boutique search firm specializing in emerging technology searches. Elizabeth has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University.

Research Manager

Emily

Emily is a Research Manager and has over four years of experience conducting research in commercial and academic organizations. Emily is responsible for developing strategic target lists and search-specific information based on client guidelines and requests. Prior to working at Lakeview Recruiting, she held a research position with a Fortune 500 technology corporation. Emily is skilled at generating and analyzing competitive intelligence and translating it into highly valuable resources. Emily holds a B.S. in Communications and Economics from the University of Chicago.

Communications Specialist

Mary Beth

Mary Beth is a Communications Specialist and has over five years of experience in integrated marketing and communications. She is responsible for researching, developing and editing high-level client presentations and instructional tools. Prior to Lakeview Recruiting, Mary Beth held a senior marketing communications position with Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Northwestern University.

Director of Sales

Jim

Jim is the Director of Sales and Marketing Services has over twenty years of experience in the executive search industry. He is responsible for directing search projects in a wide variety of industries including: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Banking, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Prior to Lakeview Recruiting, Jim held positions as a Principal with a private equity firm specializing in the hospitality industry and as a District Manager with a business services outsourcing firm. Jim went to the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University and is routinely quoted in the national press for his knowledge and intellectual contributions to the executive search industry.

Director of Information Technology

Ron

Ron is the Director of Information Technology and has over twenty years of experience developing secure computer networks and databases. Dan is responsible for managing data mining projects, storage, security and Internet related technology.
